To me, sustainability means living carefully so we don’t waste things today and leave nothing for our future generations. It is about changing our mindsets—moving away from throwing things away carelessly and instead learning to take care of our environment.

The sustainable habit I practice every day is using solid shampoo, conditioner, and soap bars instead of buying liquids in plastic bottles. This practice is very helpful for the environment because it reduces plastic waste. Most liquid shampoos are mostly just water, which makes them heavy to transport, burning more fuel. By using solid bars, I completely avoid plastic bottles since these bars come in simple, recyclable paper wrappers.

I first started this habit two years ago during a cleaning campaign. I saw so many old plastic bottles dumped around, and it made me feel very sad.

A friend then showed me her solid shampoo bar. That was the moment I realized how much plastic waste I was creating just from my morning shower, and I decided to change.

I feel everyone should try this practice because it is very easy and makes a big difference. These bars last much longer than liquid soaps, so they save money too. It is a small change in our daily lives, but if all of us do it together, we can keep our beautiful environment clean and free from plastic pollution.

One sustainable practice I use in my daily life is carrying a reusable water bottle.

To me, sustainability means using resources responsibly and protecting the environment for future generations.

This practice is considered sustainable because it reduces the use of single-use plastic bottles and helps decrease waste.

I was introduced to this habit through environmental awareness programs at school and information about plastic pollution.

I believe other people should adopt this practice because it is simple, affordable, and helps keep the environment cleaner while reducing plastic waste.

One sustainable practice I use in my daily life is reducing single-use plastic by carrying a reusable water bottle and shopping bag.

This helps minimize waste and reduces my environmental impact. Small habits like these contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable future.

Sustainability means protecting the environment by using resources wisely and reducing waste.

One sustainable practice I follow is reusing plastic bottles to make flower pots and other useful items instead of throwing them away.

I learned this through school environmental activities and started practicing it at home.

This helps reduce plastic pollution, keeps the surroundings clean, and saves resources.

I believe everyone should adopt this habit because even small actions can make a big difference in creating a cleaner and greener future.
